To be eligible for a refund or exchange for change of mind:
- The item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange your return. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Faulty returns are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
How to Return an Item
To start a return:
