How to Use

Shampoo first

Apply the Nutrition Biotin & Collagen Shampoo first. It deposits Hydrolyzed Collagen and Keratin into the hair shaft. This conditioner then seals and locks them in.

Apply conditioner to mid-lengths and ends

After rinsing the shampoo, apply a generous amount to wet hair. Focus on mid-lengths and ends. For very dry or damaged hair, apply to the scalp too.

Leave for 2–3 minutes

This contact time is important. The Lactic Acid needs time to balance the hair’s pH. As a result, the cuticle closes properly and locks in moisture and Collagen more effectively.

Rinse with cool water

Cool water seals the cuticle further. Consequently, shine is maximised and colour is locked in more effectively than with warm water.

Use daily for cumulative results

Collagen and Keratin repair builds progressively with each wash. Therefore, elasticity, volume, and colour vibrancy improve over 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use.
